    This seller is biased and aggressive. I've been refused a refund for an order I placed (fully paid for plus double postage), but have neither received the item or an explanation as to why my payment is not being refunded. I doubt he even posted the items at all. I'll have to escalate the matter with Ebay. Note that at the collection point some orders were returned back due to intolerance and indifference, I suspect it has something to do with the seller too. It is puzzling. Please behave?
