Speedy service and outstanding customer service. Was called the very next day to say my chair was on the way. And when DHL were running late, by one day, they called me up to let me know. Very helpful and friendly customer support advisor.
One wheel didn’t work and a team immediately came round to replace the entire base of the chair! Looks gorgeous too. Would definitely return to this seller. Thank you!

It's a beautiful chair and furniture market were really good with the communication as mine was delivered damaged under the seat area probably by courier as the box was damaged also but could not be seen untill opening, but I decided to keep the chair as the upholstery was perfect and it was a birthday present for my husband. After sending the photos of the damage i was offered a partial refund which was acceptable, great customer service by furniture market it was dealt with the same day.

Very friendly / helpful couriers (needed with a large chest of drawers), up into my 5th floor flat, trouble free. Took less than 5 mins. Unpacking took 30 mins as it was so well wrapped / protected. Really pleased with the two items purchased. Well built and look better in real life than in the pictures. Very well packaged. Communication good and delivered on time by very helpful delivery men. Although we were to unpack ourselves the delivery man gave very useful tips on the best way to do it.
