i think UPS was used so it was ended up returned and i got a refund, i haven't had UPS used many times probably because of the issue of you having to be present/signoff but yea, one time i had a UPS worker just throw the package on my balcony which is the only other time i can recall that specific service being used. full refund so np but UPS seems to rarely be used (if ever at least with what i happen to order) in ebay shipping, still seems like a great seller with good prices

I was so glad to have purchased some Copic Markers from this seller. I’ve bought 3 of them, including two yellows [and now, I’ve finally collected all the yellow sketch markers].
As for the delivery, it came in faster than I hoped it would, and the markers were nicely packed and protected.
