SACD listed Brand New, item photos clearly show unsealed & opened. Received in very poor condition, many scratches on disc reading surface. I asked seller to reimburse for item not as described. He promised to refund first, but didn't, then denied the fact of being unsealed. As item was brought to me in original packet fr US to China, it's impossible to return. I suggested he refund 2/3 of order total $33.93, I bear 1/3 of loss. No refund at all. HE'S DECEITFUL, UNRELIABLE, UNREASONABLE & AWFUL!

the cd was sealed in plastic i never opened it also you asked for a partial refund and yes i was going to issue you one until you decided to say that the more money i refund you the higher my feedback rating would be and that if i only issue you a partial my feedback would be affected thats sketchy and also only took you over a month to contact me about this and refusing to send the cd back for a full refund ive been scammed before ans i have been selling on here a while i dont decieve people

You are telling a bare-faced lie brazenly. The actual item photos listed by yourself unmistakably show there is NO seal over both sides of Telarc SACD case, only a strip of 1/3 top wrap-round label sticker remains on back cover. You sent me an item not as described. The onus is on you to reimburse me. If your item was sealed as you claimed, why you agreed to refund me at first? I certainly have the right to make fair, factual judgments & comments according to the degree of my loss caused by you.
