Really struggled to build the chair as couldn't line up the hooks on the back. Managed to do it by undoing the arm rests. Once setup, very stiff to recline and doesn't have any heating option which photos show (also looks slightly different to the image, doesn't have the middle loose looking area which I'd presume is the heating). However once setup is very comfy just unfortunate that the photos evidently show a different model and was really hoping for the one shown in images due the heating.

Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did.
