I bought this to pull springs for a motorcycle center stand. Although I got there in the end, it did slightly bend the end of the tool, so I would recommend it for a medium-sprung spring at most, like a trampoline spring. Anything more prone to critical failure, I'd recommend a specialist version, but my case is a niche case, so I would say it was merely my error. The tool was very well made, comfortable and easy to use. I recommend it.

Centre stand springs can be heavy to be fairBrake and exhaust springs are no problem

    great tool at good price.

    Have reclining seats at home and struggled to change springs in the past. Hand cut and black & blue trying to pull replacement spring into place,this puller had the job done in 5 mins.

    Cheap but effective

    Never had the need for a spring puller on older cars. But newer cars with rear drum brakes are strangely over cooked and have the silliest of designs.. Feeler gauge fingers are needed and this little puller is ideal.. I'd recommend it for any tool box..
