It took a bit of time to fit mainly due to the instructions, once I worked them out I then had a difficulty getting it to work after several days checking and double checking everything I emailed the company for help. They were quick to reply but as yet I haven't had time to try their advice. Its nice to know they offer a very good after sales service

And the Parcelforce deliveryman also made an extra effort on the third delivery attempt. Its a shame parcelforce dont leave a card if they cant deliver, i though that was the whole point of the process of delivery....and without a card makes it almost impossible to get the order.
