    Still good after all these years

    I read the first book many moons ago. I've mostly applied the principles during my career. Glad for the refresher course.

    It is a one minute per day read.

    Great thoughtful reading. There are not many words and large print. Each unit is a one minute read for most readers and has much meaning. I deal with people who talk all day and really don't say anything important so I really enjoyed a short, to the point read.

    Could be better written; good tips

    It had good management tips in it, which is why I was buying it. But the tips were set in a story which while making it an easier read at the same time I didn't like how the story was written; sappy probably isn't the right word but something along those lines. And it is a very short book for the $10. Again however it did have nice tips and they even wrote the tips out on a few pages throughout the book separate from the story.
