Cloudprofessor was brand new in good condition. However the original software is now difficult to get a hold of and only functions in lan mode. Finding out how to enter bios to boot an alternate OS as the description suggests took some trial & error as the keys aren't mentioned anywhere.

Very confusing. Item arrived late with no ability to connect to cloud computing. Seller stated that the software needed will be sent when you have received device. Not before. The 4 apps provided by seller were designed for block building and two of four boys of aki software didn’t work either. I tried to return but seller promised me I would get software including Microsoft Windows for IOT. Failed to provide software. Seller also took too long to respond to genuine buyer. Now stuck with it
