    Wonderful design. Only slight issue is the space between the rim of hat and where the needle actually lands. I couldn't move it closer to the rim because of the knobs holding the hat in place. Makes keeping hat in position so much easier.

    Difficult to use

    It's very difficult to get the hat set up properly, but once you do embroidering is a breeze. Actually took longer to get the hat situated than it did to embroider it.
