Not sure if this item has gone off?? 🤔 a friend give me some of their cream to try. Different brand but no smell or taste. I'm using this cream for dry chapped sore lips and its gritty and tastes awful 😖 pity any baby 👶 on the breast

Hi , you should need to read the label before using it. This is a pure Lanoline cream and it does work well for the purpose written of the packing.
