    Some hiccups with delivery which was beyond Paul's control ... (delivery lorry caught fire) ... Postage seemed reasonable ... but delivery driver was unable to get pallet onto a gravel driveway ... left me in a real pickle. I'd have paid more for postage for something for substantial. Now hiring an all terrain pallet truck to move the stones. Overall communication was good and clear ... and I'd recommend to others ... might be worth speaking to seller first if delivery is challenging.

    Lived here 43 years and had many deliveries, refuse lorry, oil tanker, lorries with concrete, skip delivery,last week a lorry with a tail lift delivering sand and cement, how could it be possible to live somewhere where no deliveries could be made!! Our builder also spoke to seller and told him we are perfectly accesible, he has worked here for many years so should know.We are not liars, our property is accesible.Its a highway.No attempt was made to speak to me prior to delivery.Very upset.

    you live on a track with a sign at the entrance saying "unsuitable for motor vehicles" pallet delivery company refused to go down it because of potential damage Unfair feedback - you knew this before you ordered !
