    Item appears to not be a genuine Dell product. Seller provided what, in my opinion was an evasive explanation. When I asked him to clarify, he went radio silent. He did suggest that I return it but it's simply not worth my time to have to pack it up and drop it off at the shipper. I would not buy from this seller again. In the photo below, the bezel on top is the one he sent me and the bottom one is a genuine Dell bezel.
