I love this chair excellent quality and very comfortable. Delivered 2 weeks earlier than estimated which was brilliant. And the customer service was excellent from first contact to arrange delivery to the delivery itself, staff were so helpful and friendly and I knew what was happening every step of the way. This item was ordered for and delivered to my neighbour, It arrived in good order, delivery crew were brilliant, all neat and tidy, unit fitted and placed, quality is brilliant as expected, and as my neighbour has told me, (about 16 times in a five minute conversation) she loves her sofa.
