I ordered this metal filing box for my husband,but when I opened it to file some of his paper work I noticed there wasn't any of the plastic label clips which were pictured in the item description,I contacted the seller and as they didn't have any spares to send out they issued a partial refund of £3.40 to cover the cost of buying them which I was very happy to accept,I have to say their help and customer service was faultless and this is why I am giving the full 5 starts .
