Really interesting book received very quickly. It wasn’t the best condition when it arrived, the cover seemed to covered in a film of black dust and fingerprints but a couple of household cleaning wipes later it was as good as new. A fabulous way to buy a real book when you get tired of your electronic reading device 🙂

I don’t know what was on the cover of this book but it was brown and sticky so I had to wipe it before having a proper look at it. Otherwise it’s in good condition and arrived in the time quoted.

    Required reading for all humans

Everyone should read this book. It's engaging right the way through and explores a subject so fundamental to life, you will be surprised, enlightened, empowered - and will know so much more about the power of breath by the time you have finished this book! From my perspective as a yoga teacher, this is the best most inclusive, informative and readable book out there on this subject. It is well backed up by research and very respectful of ancient knowledge. Should be required reading for all medical practitioners!

  • Most critical review

Your next breath could be your last.

Misunderstanding for one. The title is not compelling enough for one thing although accurate. Plus more and more people can’t see the point in changing their current breathing. Most people are focused on survival now money and time is tight. I’ve bought books for my family and told them how it will improve their health and some haven’t even opened it. Like l said most of them haven’t time to read anymore with work and family life. The days of quiet nights and weekends are filled with activities and work. A TV episode could work as that’s taken over reading for most people.

  • Fascinating Book

This book is fascinating. It is so enlightening. I purchased it as I wanted to learn more about the science of breathing. I suffer from migraines and sinus problems. I'm hoping to pick up some tips which may help me.
