The first shade came damaged as wasn’t packaged sufficiently . The seller responded immediately and offered to send a replacement . This arrived in the same type of packaging but seemed a better quality than the first and more robust . I am happy with the seller and I like the lampshade but had to buy an adapter to fit my pendant fitting as the shade was too wide .
