The ribbon cable on mine was torn and had 3 broken traces so techinaly it was DOA however i was able to resolder the traces under a microscope and got everything working, it was packaged well and i dont think it was the sellers fault or anything so i didnt bother to ask to have it exchanged since i was able to repair it, other then that everything was great
