3 - E' responsabilità del Cliente imballare adeguatamente il prodotto in modo che non subisca danni durante il trasporto verso il nostro magazzino. Non verranno sostituiti prodotti che presenteranno danni ulteriori rispetto a quelli dichiarati nell'e-mail di richiesta;

4 - La merce dovrà essere restituita entro 7 giorni dalla data di autorizzazione al reso;
