Bought for using to administer liquid medicine for my cat. Great price and delivery; my only issue is that the internal shape of the adapter means than I can’t access the small amount of medication remaining in the bottle when inverted it gathers around the neck of the bottle so can’t be drawn into the syringe.

It's perfectly OK and a bargain price. However, for very small doses - such as the 0.2ml/0.3ml I need for medicine for a dog - it's quite difficult to see the graduations as they are deep inside the funnel. You therefore have to look up inside the funnel to see how much medicine you've extracted. If only it were possible to read off the measured dose at the plunger end, this would make life easier. For larger doses, it's no problem.
