Viewed and paid for an item that was meant to be a birthday present. Then a day before it was meant to be delivered ITS TIME RUGBY messages me to say he can't find the item. Surely the seller should know where the item is if he took pictures of it only days before. AVOID THIS SELLER BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU ACTUALLY BOUGHT. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We run an antique shop and this spoon was stolen from the shop. We did not know it had been stolen until we came to parcel it up. I issued a refund and sent a message to explain. Unfortunately you seem unable to understand the situation instead resorting to very unpleasant messages and negative feedback.

Bought this clock as our joint Christmas present. Spent a couple of hours around Rugby taking in the lovely buildings, then picked it up from Mark's shop, having been given full instructions on how to set it up. Mark was more than helpful in emailing what to do when we encountered a small problem and the clock is now running beautifully. The clock is far better than described and, for us, justifies paying more for a clock that has been professionally restored. Highly recommended ebayer indeed.
