Purchased new iPad Air. The packaging of the box was a plastic bag, so no surprise that it turned up with several dings, thus devaluing any future sell on price. The iPad itself was fine. Contacted ao who replied with little enthusiasm. I certainly won’t be ordering from ao again, if only for the lack of care sending out expensive goods and the lack of interest shown by the customer service rep.
