Item stuck in the sellers country (Netherlands) and seller has not helped to figure out why item is stuck there for almost 3 weeks now!! Steer clear of this seller! Took money & doesn’t care to go the extra mile to make sure the item gets here… I understand postal delays due to time of year but this seller now refuses to respond!

after more than 20 years having only positive feedback,this customer has given me a negative feedback. i sent the package on the 26 of november and it arrived safely on december 22.i have helped and replied to him more than 5 times and called for him post.nl and told that the package was stuck at customs,i packed it neatly and shipped it to the us. and it arrived. (the december month/christmas is always busy with delays)i can not control customs, i have remained friendly, judge for youself
