Straight out the box works. If your using the screen without power connected you will need to change the brightness setting to 10. Works with my Dell latitude 5410 and my S21 Ultra. Power into the screen and then connect the type c to c into the phone or laptop and it charges and displays the device also keeps the touch for both devices Love it use it everyday. I close up my laptop and use it as a touch device. Improvements - better stand and better speakers

Not bad for the price. Although 1080p and touchscreen, everything everytime the device is switched off you have to adjust the brightness. Unfortunately this is the only setting that is not stored in it's memory. It's cheap but does the job for me. I've connected it to my Chromebook via one cable. With Windows it requires two cables in my case. Not a bad purchase as it's portable as well.

Game changer. Second screen for work laptop when I'm out and about, and importantly, runs Samsung Dex automatically when you connect your Samsung phone via the USB C port (phone powers and sends output to monitor just through that one wire). My current favourite gadget.

Great product and can cost anywhere between £95 to £200 depending on promos. I got mine for £130 and very pleased with quality. Works fine as a secondary monitor with laptop and desktop (bot on windows 10) and can plug in Samsung S20 Ultra however need to plug power source into monitor as well as phone as power output from phone is low. Touchscreen is brilliant but not sure if I'll use it as much. Great for watching Netflix etc with mobile plugged in.
