I kept getting emails from the courier regarding delivery dates that were not carried out. I even got an email giving me a delevery date after the package had been delivered. The package was marked fragile but was slightly crushed and torn. I don't think the supplier was responsible for this, I think it was the courier service

His response was impressive, within 20minutes he messaged back to apologise and advise he would sent a replacement parcel with a different courier, which he did, Evri finally abandoned my parcel outside my property after replacement was delivered by dpd. Because of the way seller handled the situation I would buy from him again.
