My package arrived right on time but I forgot to update my current address on my account and it got returned to the PO twice. I was sure that the fish tank had been lost in the post somewhere so I went ahead and bought a new one somewhere else. Shortly thereafter, Alan kindly offered to resend my fish tank for free after it finally got back to him. When I explained the situation he issued me a full refund right away. His prices are very reasonable and customer service is stellar!
