Great platform pedal
For the price, this is a great and grippy platform pedal. I bought them for my daughter's mountainbike as she was slipping off of the OEM Specialized pedals. I wanted something thin with spikes but was a little concerned about metal pins possibly tearing-up her shin. These are the perfect balance and I would buy them again.

DMR V6 Pedals
First off, these pedals are pretty light, and you will definitely notice the weight difference when switching from a metal pedal (as I did). Material seems to be durable, as I've yet to destroy any of the pins from riding (General BMX/Flatland use). Be warned: These pins may not look sharp, but they will gouge your leg if you're not careful! My only gripe was the bushing system. The pedals do not spin as freely as I'm used to with other pedals. A minor concern for some, but may be a deal-breaker for others. Overall, this is a great pedal. It is worth the purchase. Grippy (even when riding in rain/mud), durable, and lightweight. Nice pedals, poor studs
I bought these as replacements on my son's Specialized Riprock 24. They are nice, wide platforms but after 2 rides on novice trails a few of the integrated, molded-in studs broke off. They are the perfect length studs, cheap and aren't sharp for younglings but i didn't expect them to break off. Now i have to buy another different set since he doesn't have enough traction due to fewer studs.

Bad quality control
I bought a pair 2 years ago that have served my son well. Liked them enough to buy another pair, but this pair was un-usable as delivered. Bearings were so tight the pedal would not spin at all. If you don't mind pulling off the end cap and re-adjusting the bearing preload I suppose its no big deal. I just did not have the patience to fix a brand new pedal. Good budget plastic pedals
Good pedals for the price, if you just want something grippy, but not expensive, for riding around town and occasionally in the dirt. They're plastic, but the quality of the parts is on par for the price.
