We maintain a high level of customer service and do all that we can to aid, assist, advise and communicate well with our customers before and after they make a purchase. Our parts are dispatched quickly and via reliable services. All parts are checked before being dispatched and care is taken to make sure that they are well wrapped to ensure safe transit to the customer. We have been in this industry since 1992 and take our business seriously, which is reflected in our feedback score.

Privacy is a number one concern to all of us and we will not share in ANY WAY your personal information to third parties and we DO NOT store credit card details. Names and content information are collected and used for customer orders and from those wishing to join our mailing list. The only information we collect from you is what you provide us with in order to process your purchase, delivery and to provide the best possible overall service for you.

We dispatch items Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated. All items are dispatched as stated in our listings and after clear payment has been received. All items sent via signed for / courier services require someone to be present at the delivery address to take receipt of the order. Customers must be aware that they need to make arrangements to take delivery of their purchased items. These items must be checked at the time of delivery for damage before a signature is given to the courier. As if not, the insurance cover provided by the courier company is invalid. All our UK postage and packaging charges shown on our listings are for UK mainland delivery addresses. If an item needs to be delivered to a non-UK mainland address, a postage quote must be requested before a purchase is made. If an item is purchased before a quote is requested, the buyer of the item will have to pay the difference in postage price. Where possible a postage and packaging prices are given for international destinations in our listings, but due to the fact that these costs vary greatly depending on the country that the item needs to be delivered to and the weight and dimension of the item. A postage quote request must be made before any purchase if the destination country is not on the “dispatch to” list on our eBay listing. If not the buyer of the item will have to pay the difference in postage price. All delivery information provided by the customer must be up to date and in full. E.g. Full name and business name (if applicable), address, post code and a valid contact number (preferably a mobile) must be given for items being sent via courier.

    Currently a bargain

    It's approved for VW Group Haldex couplings but it's around 30% of the traditional aftermarket brands like Febi Bilstein and a fraction of the cost of the genuine oil. This oil needs changing a lot more often than the factory intervals to keep Haldex working so it's useful that it can be bought so cheaply. Doubt it will be this cheap forever as only needs to be a bit cheaper than rivals.
