Awful experience, didn’t post until days after marking as dispatched with no tracking number supplied. I sent several messages requesting tracking number to which all were ignored. Eventually they turned up today but delivered to a different office with no details of where so had to spend and hour hunting around to find it. Overall a terrible experience from the seller and carrier, not again thank you.

Microwave pan must have been very old stock or been on display as the plastic lid had greatly discoloured and was yellow in parts - which is hard to show in a photo - worrying as this make of pan states it doesn’t stain 🤷🏻♀️ Overall I’m unimpressed and may as well of bought a cheap one from China

One of the big plates arrived broken - unsurprisingly since the box looked very bashed about. Contacted the seller on 27th December with photos asking if we could have a replacement plate or a small refund so we could buy a replacement. No reply.
