Holy smokes this thing is exactly what I have been looking for. Already bought another model for another old school rifle. I really like collecting WWII era military equipment, but thanks to the current administration, Let’s go Brandon, stuff is getting very expensive. This is exactly what I wanted on a budget. I can adjust my front sight without having to purchase and over priced tool from some sleazy dealer. Thank you so much! Solid construction, fine adjustments
I bought this for my neighbor to adjust his old K98 rifle. It is extremely tight to fit on the sight post which is what you want. The adjustment can be very, very fine and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I'm very happy with this and the construction is very solid. It came with an Allen wrench to adjust, but we were able to do it by hand. This is a great add-on.

Just barely worked on an Argentine Mauser
I took a chance that this tool might work on an Argentine Mauser. It definitely did not work as intended, however, by inverting the tool and centering the slots, I was able to get it to adjust the sight on an 1891 Argentine Mauser carbine. The aluminum flexed, but did move the sight post, and I was able to zero my antique.
