I don’t think it was the seller who caused the problem, it was more the delivery person. It was pushed through my letterbox and when I opened the parcel, the stems on the backs of both earrings were bent. I managed to straighten them as best I could as they were for a 50th birthday present but I did explain to my friend what had happened.
