Terrible service. I ordered some wool which they marked as dispatched 3 days later as normal. Then I get a strange message saying I've been in contact with them saying my parcel is lost in the post. I sent no message. Turns out the wool they sold was actually out of stock and they were just using an excuse. I also noticed after my purchase was cancelled the price of it went up on eBay. So I guess they just undercharged me and didn't want to say. Would not recommend
