Received a faulty item, that was nothing like described and such poor quality I could not use it. The seller has Greatly avoided giving me a refund. They asked for pictures of the terrible quality and ink splashed in it, wasted more time by offering me 20% refund for the unusable item, then 75% when I refused. They finally offered me a refund in exchange for positive feedback, that was few days ago which I have accepted but apparently that was a lie because I have to recieved any refund.
