I will not be buying anything from this seller again. He claimed that he had already fitted the product. Why on earth would you fit a damaged item and then complain that it was damaged later (would you buy an item of clothing from a high street shop, wear it and then complain of damage in respect of a partial refund). No!!! There is a lot of this partial refund claims on ebay and it is not fair to the 99% of good buyers and sellers. We do not do partial refunds. Sellers Avoid!!!!
