Next day delivery was impressive. Unfortunately, one of the batteries was defective (completely dead), so I was unable to use the mower. I messaged Genpower and Solomon arranged for a working replacement battery to be sent, which arrived after Easter. The problem was dealt with quickly, politely and efficiently, although I was disappointed that they evidently don't check batteries before despatch. I have just used the mower to cut a large, uneven area of longish grass and am pleased with it.

Was a bit apprehensive as it was my first electric lawnmower. Also (I thought I ) had ordered a self propelled mower. it was a push mower. We are very happy withthe push mower, slightly longer barttery life, lighter (I suppose) and so easy to push. My 5ft tall wife loves it compared to our old petrol mower. No more mowing for me. She says she will do it all! Very easy to assemble. Couple of bolts only. Brilliant. Will have to buy fast charger however. Great reviews on you tube. V
