Returned unopened,in the same packaging and securely taped up. They have deducted £4.00 from the refund claiming it was damaged. Took over a week and a 2nd email to get a reply which just states as per Ebay policy. As it wasn't opened how do they know it was damaged on return & not arrival? It's not the money it's the principle. Will not be using this seller in future.
