CASE OPENED 10 FEB, RETURNS ACCEPTED 11 FEB, RETURNS RECEIVED & BUYER WAS REFUNDED & CASE CLOSED 14 FEB. It is impossible to open & escalate a case within 4 days. You couldn't escalate until 16 Feb, 2024. At no point was I rude, it's such a shame that I cannot upload pictures to show proof of all transactions & conversations that took place through out this case, I can send screenshots if required. Anyone who uses Ebay and is reading this feedback will know who is telling the TRUTH
