While the product was "New" it was not in New condition and seemed like it had either sat around a while or was a factory second. However the seller did send a replacement for the damaged part which was the straw. The cup also has some flaws but they did not detract from the use of the item. After a conversation the seller made the situation right and for that I am grateful, but I wouldn't buy from them again.
