I had tried to order an iWatch Ultra 2 49mm titanium but there are plenty of watches for sale but not clear if it’s the Mk1 or Mark 2. When I explained the situation to this company they were very helpful and understanding and agreed to refund the full amount paid - I hadn’t looked inside as the pack said it was the original. Highly recommended, even allowing for time in hospital that delayed the return! Fantastic service.

The condition of the watch is great and the delivery was quick however, the aftermarket wrist band has caused irritation on my skin and I have a patch of flaky skin there now and can’t wear this watch and will just wear my normal watch. The original strap from Apple is £99 and defeats the purpose of buying used for discounted price.

Great smart watch
In the past, I used the Apple Watch Series 4 AL and the Series 6 Ti. So it will be a comparison with the older models. Apple Watch Ultra is much better than the previous models in that it has a battery life of up to 36 hours. It also has a flat and a bigger screen size of 49 mm, which I love. WatchOS 10 has three Ultra-specific watch faces, utilising its bigger screen size that allows you to display a lot of information, which I love. Compared to the Series 6, the processor power is much stronger, so every operation is much smoother. The additional Action Button is also useful. I registered for Workout, and it makes it easier to start exercising when I go to a gym. One negative side is that the smooth titanium body is prone to get scuffed and scratched, especially the rim.
