About this product

Product Information

Based on the 2006 documentary, March of the Penguins follows the rookery of emperor penguins portrayed in the film as they make their journey through 70 miles of arctic wasteland to breed their young. Gamers guide the group through 50 levels and 12 chapters based in realistic settings including ice caverns, and underwater grottos, while avoiding such predators as the leopard seal. Players may revisit old levels by accessing the Expedition Log, and test their penguin powers in three mini-game sequences.

    Informational but very basic Game, Not many user options.

    I bought this for my 5 year old daughter because of course, she loves penguins. There is an informational storyline about the penguins throughout the levels which is neat. However, the game is not very user friendly or intuitive. Overall, I didn't spend very much on the game, and I'm happy for that. It's not a game that will stay in the DS for very long.

    March of the Penguins DS game

    This game was a little difficult for my 8 year old at first. I didn't think it would be easy right away, but even I had a bit of trouble, and I play video games too! But, it is a cute game and now that she and I have caught on to it, it is a bit easier to play.

    Penguins

    This game is definitely not for people who don't like a challenge. I would not recommend it for kids. However, I enjoy it (although I haven't gotten past level 1 yet!) I like games that make me have to search through every possible solution.

    March of The Peguines

    This game is very boring and does not have enough adventure to keep the arrange 9 year old busy. There is not adventure only the same patttern across the board. The animals should have been graphic better. This is a great started game but the child would get bord fast. The is not change between games, its like repeat over and over again.
