Due to circumstances beyond own control, I never received the Calibrated Torque Wrench. The delivery company EVRI /HERMES sadly have become a very unreliable company as this is now a second parcel to be lost in their care. No customer service to speak of and no genuine concerns that parcels many have be stolen in the sorting depot or in transit rather than being lost. The seller has apologised and offered me a full refund. Great communication and would buy from them again.
