BIG LETDOWN WAS EVRI, after changing my delivery address to a local Gulf parcel shop to save waiting at home, it took 4 whole days to get there, the packaging was torn to shreds with all contents showing and, most maddening of all, the shop struggled to find my parcel 40 minutes after it's drop-off, and then the operative had the audacity to suggest 'it is better to have goods sent direct to my home'! They want sacking!
