The photo showed two dolls in a box and I received a box containing only one of the dolls in the photos.The seller was quick to respond to my messages and discovered that the item had been listed wrongly. Awful. These three big plastic storage boxes are advertised as being lidded (the lids are even described in the sales pitch) but they arrived with no lids. This means they are no good to me as they are to store clothes in a garage and I don't want mice to get in. I complained: the seller told me I could buy lids elsewhere or I could get a £10 refund. These were mis-sold. I can't return as they are massive and heavy. Seller not interested, no resolution from ebay. 3 unusable boxes. Waste of £35.
