New, so as expected. Paperwork in the box a little confusing, parts 1/3, 1/3 (different), 3/3 and a quick start user guide (which is supposed to be 2/3 but isn't marked as such, so you keep looking for 2/3) AND there is no full user guide, so you have to follow the pictures and hope you interpret it correctly, what a poor idea. And the unknown, not included, un-identified thing on the hose pipe is an anti return valve apparently, so G.o.o.gle tells me. Why not tell us what is it?
