Microwave pan must have been very old stock or been on display as the plastic lid had greatly discoloured and was yellow in parts - which is hard to show in a photo - worrying as this make of pan states it doesn’t stain 🤷🏻♀️ Overall I’m unimpressed and may as well of bought a cheap one from China

I can see from the image you posted the discolouration on the pan and am very sorry for the upset and inconvenience this has caused.I have requested our warehouse send out a replacement pan for you.Please keep the original pan, dispose of it or donate to a charity of your choice.

My husband is so random. He makes a lot of jam in the summer. So he asked for a jam pan for his Christmas! I looked on so many sites for them. These are without doubt the best value for money. I even bought 2 jam funnels too. The quality is fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better price. They were shipped separately from the same seller, if they were shipped together it would've saved packaging as well as seller's postage costs. Though it didn't cost me as post was free. 5 stars!
