They reluctantly said they would send another(have yet to receive that) bit was made to feel I was lying. I then received a card from Royal Mail to collect a large letter as postage was underpaid. Had to travel 12 mile to get it and pay £1.50 for the privilege. Seller would not refund me the postage. Not a good show tbh. Manners and politeness go a long way.
