    I love the DVD and would highly recommend it. Very easy to use.

    I started the exercise DVD with a group of ladies at a local church about 3 years ago and loved it. It helped my balance in walking, etc. my arthritis in my hands and now lymphedema in my arm. The exercise class has been unable to meet for 6 months, due to Corvid-19. I ordered the DVD, so I could do the exercise at home.
