Still Shooting The Bad Aliens!
Gotta love the Contra series...been a big fan since my room-mate and I had beaten the original Contra over 20 years ago! Although, the game-play on this title is definitely missing something, it is true to Contra form. This would be nice to have if you REALLY like furious button-smashing fun, but don't expect pattern play like the original...it is a slaughter-shooter all the way through. I give it a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.Gotta love the Contra series...been a big fan since my room-mate and I had beaten the original Contra over 20 years ago! Contra: Legacy of War (PlayStation)
The game overall was in great condition. The case, instructions and cd were all in near-mint condition. I bought the game because I'm an old gamer who owns a Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Atari, and so on. Contra was one of those games that transcended every generation. Simple graphics & easy game control offer hours of game play that you can never get bored of.
