The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

    Easy to use.

    Very easy to use - no mixing different pastes together and having to use quickly. It's already mixed and easy to apply. For this reason it's good value. However I've had to order more as the tube wasn't as big as I thought it would be and I needed more. I needed it for exterior work and it dried quite quickly.

    Easy to use.

    I used this product to spruce up a teak garden bench that had some small splits in the wood and filling in some of the joints prior to treating it with a preservative. It worked a treat and my bench now looks like brand new. It was easy to apply and sand down afterwards.

    Works as expected.

    Probably more expensive than buying it from B&Q, but convenient having it delivered at the moment. The product dried reasonably quickly and I was able to sand it the next day. Not perfectly smooth, but with a couple of layers of varnish over the top, it looks fine. Used it to cover screws in the top of a wooden handrail.

    Tiny tube

    Can’t fault the actual product, however gave 4 stars as I was totally thrown by how small the tube was. I was expecting a regular sized tube (my fault for not double checking) but it’s tiny for the money. My kid thought it was a tube of toothpaste. I wouldn’t have spent the money if I’d known.

    Smooth but yellowy!

    Nice smooth filler to use but colour more 'yellowy' than expected for my purpose. Would be ok though if you were painting over it, which I wasn't! Also, small tube so only average for value.
