Asked to give extra time for delivery due to Xmas/New Year backlog. Very good customer service. Item arrived well protected and in great condition as described. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, but I think that was more Royal Mail's issue to be honest. I don't know if the item was good value, it was a pin for my partner and I don't really know what the going rate is, but it was certainly the cheapest I could find. When I had concerns about the delivery timing, seller was super nice and provided proof of postage up front. They posted exactly on time, no fault on their end. Would buy from this seller again any time!
